Sanjay Roy -
Director

With over 10 years experience working in various independent businesses, Sanjay decided to start his own business in 2017. A keen sportsman who plays Cricket, Squash and is an ultra runner, Sanjay was determined to start a business that not only helped others reach their physical and mental potential but also gave back to the local community. As such the acquisition of Keech Hospice and Luton Town Football Club as associated organisations is the start of an ambitious journey to build a vibrant and innovative brand to help improve the health and wellbeing of the people of Luton, whilst raising awareness of the local hospice. Sanjay was born in Luton and has lived here his entire life and as such has a close affinity with the town.

EMMA ADDISON -
CONSULTANT

Emma joins us as a consultant and brings with her a vast wealth of experience in management after a long and established career within the retail industry. She has previously been involved in sales, HR and general business management and will be involved in helping with key decisions relating to the expansion of the company. She currently sits as director of her own portfolio of properties and has been based in Luton or it's surrounding areas for her entire life and as such is part of the fabric of the town.
She is a mum to her 11-year-old son (who along with Emma’s husband are both Chelsea fans) and in her spare time she enjoys pole fit and yoga.

Steve Carter - Head of Snak Appeal Bedfordshire

Steve joins us as the head of its Snak Appeal campaign and will be looking after clients by offering them alternative, healthier snack products whilst raising money for Keech Hospice. Steve has a background in sales and project management in the Construction/Civil Engineering industries before taking time in 2015 to look after his seriously ill eldest daughter. Very much a hands-on man, Steve has enjoyed a hard-earned reputation in his previous roles and looks forward to playing his part in building upon the work already done.
Steve has three adult children and five grandchildren, is an innovative bass guitar player having recorded several albums, and enjoys walking, cycling, dining out and holidaying with his partner Sue.
